Anaheim : Lost Retarded Man Is Reunited With Family

A 33-year-old retarded man was reunited with his family Friday after he wandered away at Disneyland and mistakenly boarded a Los Angeles-bound bus.
Anaheim Police Sgt. John Kolbl said Phillip Scott of Wisner, La., was found in good condition near a bus stop late Thursday near USC Medical Center in Los Angeles. He remained overnight at the medical center, where his relatives picked him up Friday morning.
Kolbl said Scott had wandered away from his two sisters about 3 p.m. Thursday after getting off a boat ride in Fantasyland. Scott then apparently walked to the bus terminal near the Disneyland Hotel, where he boarded a public transit bus.
