Peres Sets U.N. Agenda

JERUSALEM — Foreign Minister Shimon Peres will put Soviet Jewish emigration at the top of his agenda when he meets with Soviet Foreign Minister Eduard A. Shevardnadze at the United Nations later this month, an Israeli Foreign Ministry official said Friday.
