Reagan to Nominate Ambassador to Nepal

WASHINGTON — President Reagan will nominate Milton Frank, a public relations specialist, as ambassador to Nepal, the White House has announced. Frank, who was a public relations consultant in Santa Monica, served as director of public affairs for California State University Long Beach.
