Pakistani to Compete Against Colts in Polo

Podger El Effendi, an expert player from Pakistan, has joined the Washington Senators arena polo team that will play the Los Angeles Colts at the Los Angeles Equestrian and Polo Center in Burbank at 8 tonight.
El Effendi, rated at eight goals, joins two other eight-goal players--Jake Seiber and Brad Scherer on the Senators’ team. The Colts have two eight-goalers, Tom Goodspeed and Ronnie Tongg, and one nine-goal player, Joe Henderson.
