Second Phase of Wing Park Begun

Construction has started on phase two of Wing Business Park, an $18-million mixed-use commercial project of Wing Development on seven acres at Paramount Boulevard and Kessler Avenue in Lakewood.
Designed by Hill Pinckert Architects Inc. of Costa Mesa, Phase 2 consists of 74,000 square feet of office space divided among four buildings. The Los Angeles/South Bay office of Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing agent.
