Two reporters for an independent Taiwan newspaper prepared to defy their own government and fly to Beijing today in what would be the first such trip by Nationalist Chinese reporters in nearly four decades. Hsu Lu, 30, and Lee Yung-teh, 33, in Tokyo en route to the Chinese capital, said they plan to stay in China 10 to 15 days to report on the life of people there. The Independence Evening Post announced Friday that it was sending the two reporters to Beijing.
