Norman H. Leibson has been appointed vice president, human resources, for Carter Hawley Hale Information Services in Anaheim.
Leibson joined the company in 1983 as director of communications. Before that he spent 13 years with Security Pacific Bank.
The information services company provides systems and communications services to the five department store divisions of Carter Hawley Hale Stores Inc., including The Broadway in Southern California.
