Robertson Set to Run

CHESAPEAKE, Va. — Television evangelist Pat Robertson, fresh from an upset victory over his Republican rivals in an Iowa straw poll, said today he has exceeded his goal of 3 million signatures in support of his presidential campaign and will formally enter the race on Oct. 1. Robertson also said he has received more than $10 million in contributions.
