A Fort Worth, Tex., woman was arrested as she allegedly attempted to fly out of Los Angeles International Airport with 2.4 pounds of cocaine in her luggage. U.S. Magistrate John Kronenberg ordered Alma Gloria Paz, a 37-year-old Honduran native, held without bail pending a detention hearing Friday. Federal Drug Enforcement Administration Agent Paul Pace said Paz told agents that she is a prostitute who travels regularly here on business.
