A South-Central Los Angeles man was sentenced to four years in jail after being convicted of drunk driving for the eighth and ninth times. Columbus Fuller, 53, who had been in custody since his most recent arrest, Aug. 5, was ordered to begin serving his sentence at once. Municipal Judge Stephen O’Neil pointed out that Fuller was also in violation of probation on three drunk-driving convictions last year, and that he had four other convictions since 1977.
