Walter Payton, who suffered a severely sprained right ankle in the Chicago Bears’ 34-19 victory over the New York Giants, may not start Sunday against Tampa Bay. In his 13th season, Payton has an NFL streak of 169 consecutive games and has not missed a start since his rookie season.
