From Associated Press

A man who walked onto a live television newscast and held a real-looking toy gun to the head of consumer reporter David Horowitz before an audience of thousands pleaded innocent to false imprisonment charges today.

Gary Stollman, 33, entered his plea in Los Angeles County Superior Court and was released on $25,000 bail. In addition to false imprisonment, he pleaded innocent to a charge of burglary, brought because he allegedly entered the studio with the intent of committing a crime.
