‘Dog-Owning Has Had Its Day’

Congratulations to McCarthy for telling it like it is about Man’s Best Parasite, the dog, without which (along with tobacco and rock ‘n’ roll) our world would be a far more pleasurable planet. I ask only that he exclude from the proposed canine extinction Snoopy and the ubiquitous Shaggy Dog.
