David D. Tsang, founder, executive vice president and vice chairman of Data Technology Corp. in Santa Clara, has resigned to pursue outside interests. Theresa Wang was named vice president-engineering, a new position that will include some of Tsang’s former duties. A new vice chairman has not been named.
