Quaker Chemical Corp. has acquired AC Products Inc., a Placentia-based producer of sealants and coatings. Terms were not disclosed.
Pennsylvania-based Quaker said AC Products will operate under Quaker’s subsidiary, Quaker Sealants and Coatings Co.
AC Products, a privately held company employing 24 people, was established in 1972. Its sales were $7.9 million for the last fiscal year.
