Rep. Latta Undergoes Tests

WASHINGTON — Rep. Delbert L. Latta of Ohio, senior Republican on the House Budget Committee, has entered the Cleveland Clinic for tests and observation after experiencing some problems with hypertension, an aide to the 67-year-old congressman said Friday.
