Reagan Tells Nominee for Mass Transportation Post

WASHINGTON — President Reagan intends to nominate Alfred A. DelliBovi to head the Transportation Department’s Urban Mass Transportation Administration, succeeding Ralph L. Stanley, the White House has announced. DelliBovi, 41, has been deputy administrator of the agency since 1984.
