Judiciary Committee Hearings on Judge Robert Bork
- Share via
Bork is too quick to point to the popular majoritarian process when a member of an insular minority asks for constitutional protection. Yet he, Reagan and the interests they represent, want Bork’s anti-humanistic agenda instantly elevated into our constitutional framework without the contamination of congressional politics.
It is sad to see such dyslexia being politely humored. If the Constitution is to survive its 200th birthday, no less than the wrath of the people upon timid representatives will save it.
