Pacific Coast Plaza, an $11-million shopping center, is under construction in Pismo Beach, just off U.S. 101 at Oakpark Boulevard. The developer is Arnold-Pacific Properties.
The new 15-acre, 158,000-square-foot center is expected to generate $50 million a year in gross sales, according to Kimberly Horovitz, vice president and director of leasing for Arnold-Pacific.
The project will be anchored by the first Albertson’s supermarket in California’s central coast.
