Senior Citizen Housing Expansion Completed

The $2-million, 63-room expansion of the Magnolia Royale senior citizen congregate housing development has been completed at 3360 Magnolia Ave., Long Beach. The remodeling enlarges the Goldrich & Kest Industries facility to 172 rooms.
