Architect Firm Subleases Space from Wells Fargo

Group Arcon has subleased 13,000 square feet of space in the 42-story 444 South Flower Street Building from Wells Fargo Bank for 25 years for a consideration of more than $6 million.
The architectural firm will use the space for its corporate headquarters, relocating from 800 Wilshire Blvd. in November. The Faulkner Co. represented Group Arcon and Coldwell Banker represented Wells Fargo Bank.
