Kaplan’s Good Ideas

Thanks to Sam Hall Kaplan for the column on the Nickerson Gardens redevelopment (July 26).
We have been trying to work with the ideas he gave me on the tenant involvement and the development of a prototype villa, etc. To tell the truth, there is not a lot of imagination here. Not many Sam Hall Kaplans around!
Let me say that I received more phone calls from “movers and shakers” based on his article than on any other media coverage.
