Anchor Store Plans Opening

An Oct. 16 opening date has been set for a 110,700-square-foot Price Savers Discount Warehouse, the discount membership store that will anchor the $36-million third phase of Von Karman Corporate Center, Irvine.
The third phase will be known as Von Karman Plaza. In addition to the Price Savers building at Von Karman Avenue and Barranca Road, it will include two buildings with a combined 23,000 square feet of commercial space and a 15,000-square-foot “food court” for dining establishments.
Developer of the plaza and the rest of the 46-acre center is the Irvine office of Los Angeles-based Bowers Perez Associates.
