Embassy Suites in La Jolla Now Open

The $30-million, 12-story La Jolla Embassy Suites has opened two months ahead of schedule at 4550 La Jolla Village Drive, La Jolla.
Its 335 two-room suites represent the 14th hotel in California for the Irving, Tex.-based Embassy Suites Inc., and its first in the San Diego area. Buss, Silvers & Hughes Associates of San Diego was the architect.
