Disney Company Leases in Glendale

Walt Disney Imagineering, creators of theme amusement parks in the United States and abroad, has leased and recently occupied a 27,000-square-foot building in Grand Central Business Park in Glendale.
The $1,134,000, seven-year lease of the facility at 1425 Grand Central Ave. was negotiated between Heger Realty for the lessor, the Marriott Corp., and the Woodland Hills office of Daum/Johnstown American, for Walt Disney Imagineering.
