Brown Univ. Dean Faces Morals Charge

ATTLEBORO, Mass. — A Brown University dean is facing a morals charge following his arrest at a rest stop along Interstate 95, police said today.
Bruce E. Donovan, 50, an associate dean in charge of freshmen and sophomores at the school in Providence, R.I., was charged with a felony count of open and gross lewdness and behavior after his arrest by a plainclothes detective Sept. 15, police said.
