Dennis Simon, president of Cambridge Capital Group, was elected a director of Western Financial in Kansas. Western is the holding company for Columbia Savings & Loan in Kansas and for Santa Ana-based Cambridge Capital.
Simon has been president of Cambridge Capital, a commercial and residential mortgage banking company, since its formation in 1979.
