Judge Bork’s Supreme Court Confirmation Hearing

Bork impressed me as being a person who uses logic and reasoning when coming to a conclusion. On the other hand, Sens. Dennis DeConcini (D-Ariz.) and Biden are very emotional people and their actions show it.
What we need on the Supreme Court of the land are judges who can clearly assess the good and bad of any decision and come to a conclusion that is not based on emotional thoughts, but instead is based on careful logical study and the use of reason.
