Sen. Biden’s Problems With Plagiarism

Biden’s forced departure from the presidential race is a sad and unnecessary loss.
It is unfortunate that in these times, indiscretions such as those he is charged with can be blown out of all proportion, for whatever motives, and turned into a cause for ruling out a candidate with a distinguished career in public service.
