Sen. Biden’s Problems With Plagiarism

The recent revelations of “wrong doing” by former presidential candidates Hart and Biden as well as “ghosts in the closet” of other aspirants for this office, will--if investigations continue--almost certainly eliminate the balance of candidates in either party.
By about February, 1988, only one unscathed Republican and Democratic candidate would be left, making primaries unnecessary, thereby saving millions to the taxpayers in a painless selection of our presidential candidates.
