A late spring completion is scheduled for the $18,695,000-million remodeling and expansion of the former Harbor Heights Shopping Center at Western Avenue and Caddington Drive in Rancho Palos Verdes.
The 179,607-square-foot center--renamed The Terrace at South Bay--will be anchored by Sears and Builders Emporium, according to Channing R. Gibson of Wickliff & Co., Denver, the developer.
The design by Chau & Associates Architects, Santa Monica, arranges the stores on three tiers on the hillside location. The contractor is Paramount Construction Management Inc., Long Beach, and leasing is being handled by Coldwell Banker’s Torrance office.
