Disneyland will have a new neighbor next July with completion of the 467-room Ramada hotel, 1460 S. Harbor Blvd., Anaheim.
The $28-million project is a joint venture of Japanese-owned, Miami-based JDC America Corp. and San Diego-based Seaport Manfred Co. This is JDC’s first California venture.
McDevitt & Street, Miami, is general contractor. The hotel was designed by the Hope Consulting Group, San Diego.
