Weicker in Hospital Again

WASHINGTON — Sen. Lowell P. Weicker Jr. (R-Conn.) has been hospitalized for the second time in three days with a kidney stone problem, an aide said today.
Weicker, who suffered a kidney stone attack early Friday, returned to Bethesda Naval Medical Center for continued treatment of the urinary problem, said spokesman Steve Snider. He said the 56-year-old Republican continued to experience discomfort from the condition Saturday and returned to the hospital Sunday.
