Commercial Scene : Red Gum Business Park Completes Phase 1 Activity

Red Gum Business Park in Anaheim has completed sales and leasing of 80,875 square feet of industrial space in Phase 1 of what will eventually be a 165,000-square-foot project.

Located on 9.5 acres at the southwest corner of Red Gum and Coronado streets, Red Gum Park is being developed by the Orange-based partnership of developer Ron Burt and landowner Dick Ricker.
