CNBC Update: NBC’s new cable service confirmed Tuesday that Dick Cavett will host a nightly talk show on CNBC, which will start broadcasting April 17. CNBC also has lined up Ken and Daria Dolan, a husband-and-wife team who wrote a book on “Smart Money,” to host an hourlong weeknight show on personal and family finance.
