Charles D. Kenny, 43, has been named head of Union Bank’s reorganized fiduciary services group and will be responsible for consolidating the trust services of the two recently merged banks, Union Bank and California 1st Bank. Kenny, an executive vice president, is based in Los Angeles and had served as general counsel and corporate secretary for the former Union Bank since 1981. Union Bank also announced that Kageyuki Tatsuke, 48, has been elected an executive vice president in the bank’s Los Angeles office, where he heads the Japanese corporations division. Tatsuke joined Union Bank last November after 25 years with the Bank of Tokyo, Union Bank’s parent institution.
