Tour Boat Catches Fire on Rhine; 42 Rescued

WESEL, West Germany — A French tour boat with 42 aboard caught fire on the Rhine River near the Dutch border Tuesday, severely damaging the vessel and injuring six passengers, officials said.
Police and fire boats rescued all 34 passengers and eight crew members from the burning Alsace 1, authorities said.
