Poison’s concerts Friday, Saturday and Tuesday in Southern California have been canceled.
A spokeswoman for the band’s management company said singer Bret Michaels is suffering from bruised vocal cords and is under doctor’s orders not to sing or speak.
Canceled were shows set for the Los Angeles Sports Arena, the Pacific Amphitheatre and the San Diego Sports Arena. No decision has been made about rescheduling the shows. Ticket refunds are available at the point of purchase.
