Actor Elliott Gould has filed a $5.8-million lawsuit in Superior Court against Tri-Star Pictures, claiming it breached his contract to appear in the film “Fifty” when it abandoned the project and refused to pay him. . . . Record producer and former Lt. Gov. Mike Curb and his Curb Records have sued singer Donny Osmond and Capitol Records in Superior Court for $1 million, claiming both breached an agreement to jointly distribute an upcoming Osmond album.
