Nacco Industries Co., Cleveland, said it agreed to acquire Hyster Co. from Esco Crop., both of Portland, Ore., for about $620 million, plus the assumption of outstanding debt. The transaction isn’t subject to financing but must be approved by shareholders . . . Dun & Bradstreet Corp. said the sale of Thomas Cook Travel USA to Bensall Delaware Inc., an affiliate of Robert Maxwell’s Pergamon Group PLC, had been completed. Terms were not disclosed . . . The acquisition of Emery Air Freight Corp. of Wilton, Conn., by Consolidated Freightways Inc. became official.
