Citizen’s Arrests

Re merchants of Costa Mesa making citizen’s arrests of laborers: I immediately took note of the location and pledged never to shop there again as I certainly don’t want to “trespass” on “private property.” I won’t even browse since one must be “doing business” in order to have “any right to be there.”
Thanks for the clarification since I had no idea that standing or congregating violated someone else’s rights.
What’s next? How about arresting all the teen-agers who congregate in shopping malls?
