Commercial Scene : Partnership Purchases Building in Anaheim

A California general partnership headed by Los Angeles investor J. O. Glickman has purchased a 142,436-square-foot, mixed-use building in Anaheim from Sanderson J. Ray Development for $9.5 million.
The office and research-and-development complex at 3845 Coronado St., will remain the headquarters of Seagate Technology. Sperry Van Ness, a Newport Beach-based brokerage firm, represented Glickman’s group in the transaction. John Kiley, an independent broker in Newport Beach, represented the seller.
