Commercial Scene : Southwest Group Buys Apartments in Brentwood

The Southwest Group of Los Angeles has bought an 18-unit apartment complex at 515 S. Barrington Ave. in Brentwood from Santa Monica investor Jeff Greene for $2.15 million.
The Los Angeles office of Hanes Co. Inc. represented both parties in the deal.
