Commercial Scene : L.A. Firm Expands Out-of-State Holdings

R&B; Management has added 12 properties totaling 1,748,816 square feet to the company’s management and leasing activities.
The deal marks Los Angeles-based R&B;’s entry into Colorado Springs and significantly increases the firm’s presence in Oklahoma and Denver. Seven of the properties are in Colorado, and five are in Oklahoma.
