Commercial Scene : Gildred Development Buys Six-Building Complex

Gildred Development Co. has paid $9.6 million for Painter Business Park, a 125,000-square-foot industrial complex in Santa Fe Springs.
The six-building project is at 13115 Barton Road and 9825-9925 Painter Ave. The North San Diego and Anaheim offices of Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services represented both Gildred and the seller, Jaric Developers.
