Oliver’s 3-Hitter Leads Simi Valley in Softball

Senior left-hander Chrissy Oliver (7-4) pitched a three-hitter, struck out 10 and walked none to lead Simi Valley High to a 1-0 victory over Huntington Beach on Saturday in the seventh-place game of the Canyon softball tournament.
Carrie Tofte’s two-out single in the second inning scored the only run. Simi Valley improved to 14-5 overall.
