TUESDAY’S ELECTION

Los Angeles voters go to the polls Tuesday to choose a mayor, city attorney and city controller and to decide on six ballot measures. Voters will also choose members in eight City Council districts, but two council incumbents are unopposed.
Also, voters will choose members for three seats on the Board of Education, and voters in the Los Angeles Community College District will pick three members for the Board of Trustees.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Polling information is available during regular business hours by calling City Hall, (213) 485-3581.
