A cold-air mass produced more than a score of record low temperatures from Wyoming to Ohio this morning and dumped snow on the Plains to the Great Lakes.
Northern Ohio received up to five inches, and the Cleveland area had about four inches. At least 22 cities in the Plains and Great Lakes regions set or tied record lows for the date overnight, including Laramie, Wyo., with a reading of 2 below zero.
