Three new members were elected to the Orange County Philharmonic Society board at its regular monthly meeting in March: Dr. Rudy M. Castruita, superintendent of the Santa Ana Unified School District; Roger T. Kirwan, president of Ganis Corp., a nationwide consumer-finance lender based in Newport Beach; and Richard M. Reinsch, an engineer with the Bechtel Power Corp. in San Onofre. The new appointments bring the total board membership to 29.
