S&P; to Monitor NWA Debt: Standard & Poor’s has placed $208 million of NWA Inc. debt on its credit watch surveillance list with negative implications. The rating agency said it was likely that NWA would take on more debt or sell assets if acquired by oilman Marvin Davis. Davis has offered to buy NWA, the parent of Northwest Airlines, for $2.7 billion.
